Beth C. Manes, Esq. is an advocate for senior citizens and people with disabilities. Beth's practice consists primarily of the following: Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Guardianships. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Elder and Disability Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She has lectured to attorneys and taught several continuing legal education courses including: "Special Needs Children and Divorce," "Dealing with Life Insurance Trusts and Special Situations in Divorce Proceedings" and "Planning for Adult Unemancipated Children in a Divorce."
