In the Disability Planning area we work with parents and other family members who are worried about the future life and well-being of a disabled child. Provisions to allow funds for payment of medical and long term care, guardians and personal living must be made in such a way that the child does not risk losing governmental benefits. We assist families with the difficult decisions that must be made to ensure the safety and well-being of children who cannot care for themselves. Disability law is constantly changing and we help our clients maneuver the changes effectively.
